2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan.
3. What are your delivery charges?
Shipping charges vary by city and courier service. The exact amount will be shown at checkout.
4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
You can track your parcel using the courier’s website.
6. What is your exchange policy?
We offer exchange only within 3 days of receiving your order, as long as:
- The product is unused
- Tags are intact
- It is in its original packaging
Sale items are not exchangeable.
7. Do you offer refunds?
No, we currently do not offer refunds.
Only exchanges are available.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before the order is shipped.
Once dispatch happens, cancellation is not possible.
9. What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
